When doors can do more than just open: Accessibility meets fire protection!
One of our customers – dormakaba – hosted an expert panel on the topic of “Accessibility and Fire Protection” on October, 5th. We as IBS, together with the Upper Austrian Fire Brigade Association, made our premises available.
During the event, questions such as requirements for door solutions to ensure accessibility and fire protection or the importance of safety in the planning and execution phase of doors were answered.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the live fire test of a door element – a unique opportunity to experience first-hand the process and challenges of a fire test.
We are very pleased to have worked with one of our clients for the first time at such a great event. This shows our commitment to sharing our knowledge and expertise with the industry.
